SUPER STARS.

MORE THAN MUSIC is a music/dance and a TV reality show event where young people between the ages of 15 and 40years who have music and dancing skills and are aspiring to become professionals in their chosen careers are given the opportunity to showcase their talent and sponsored to achieve their dreams. They would become Ambassadors for all our brands and brand promoters for different FMCGs organizations and multinationals. They would be auditioned and professionally trained to become professional icons with one year free record label and cash awards.
As Brand Ambassadors they are to take a stand, support the move and join the campaign for an unemployability and poverty free Africa thereby creating a platform for Entrepreneurs to not only project their brands, but also increase their target market and profit margin for corporate economic growth and development.

BENEFIT

v  All Qualified Music/Dance artists after the audition will be trained on how to become a professional artist, certified and signed up for a one year contract as Trovite Ambassadors.
v  All Certified Music/Dance artists will participate in a music/dance competition where the top 100 will be selected.
v  Top 100 Music/Dance artists will participate in a TV Reality Talk Show on the need for Human Capital Development in Africa as a panacea for the massive unemployment and unemployability of young professionals in Africa.
v  Top 30 Music/Dance artists will be involved in a TV Reality Music/Dance Competition  where the winner will emerge
v  Top 10 winners will be given one year contract with a notable record label.
v  The Winner goes home with #200,000
v  They would travel to Ghana and South Africa for brand communication, projection and consolidation.
